Israeli Air Force strikes in Yemen

In Yemen, reports indicate that Israeli Air Force strikes targeted multiple Houthi positions, including Sana'a Airport and the port of Hodeidah. Strikes were also reported on power plants and oil facilities, with at least seven strikes in Sana'a and three in Hodeidah. Simultaneously, the leader of the Houthis, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, held a press conference.

Israeli government sources stated, "This response is not the end. Each time, they will pay a higher price."

A Houthi representative, Hazem al-Asad, in an interview with Arabic media, declared, "We are engaged in an open struggle against the Israeli entity, the US, and the UK, and we have many options for action. The Israeli entity's attacks on power plants and ports are an attempt to incite public dissatisfaction in Yemen. The Israeli enemy should expect our response to its aggression in Yemen at high speed."

Meanwhile, Israeli military sources indicated heightened readiness: "The IDF is increasing the preparedness of its air defense and air force systems in anticipation of a potential Houthi retaliation."

Islamic Jihad operative eliminated

The IDF and The Security Service (Shin Bet) reported in a joint statement that overnight, the Israeli Air Force conducted a precision strike on a vehicle in the Nuseirat camp, located in central Gaza. The strike targeted a group of Islamic Jihad operatives: "It can be confirmed that these were Islamic Jihad militants operating under the guise of journalists. This information was obtained from various intelligence sources, including a list of Islamic Jihad activists captured by IDF forces during operations. All five individuals were unequivocally identified as members of the terrorist organization."
